Kashmir Heliski believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We accept payments through approved methods as mentioned on our website.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
