3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. 3.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service. 3.3 In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. 3.4 Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

All passengers must follow instructions provided by the crew at all times. 4.2 We reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or those behaving inappropriately. 4.3 Passengers are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety or the safety of others. 4.4 While we adhere to strict safety protocols, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Weather and Operational Delays

5.1 Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility. 5.2 We reserve the right to delay or reschedule services in case of adverse weather or technical issues. 5.3 Passengers will be informed promptly of any changes to the schedule.

6. Passenger Requirements

6.1 Passengers must arrive at the designated location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. 6.2 A valid government-issued photo ID is required for boarding. 6.3 Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
